Regarding Income Access payments, each individual merchant that you promote has their own payment thresholds depending on which payment method you choose. While Income Access does issue payments on behalf of many of our merchants, some of our merchants choose to issue payments themselves and so we do not have a flat payment threshold for the network.

As for the GameAccount bonus, I am happy to look into your situation. Please send me the details you had been emailing IA so that I can investigate on your behalf directly.
