    The other way to look at this is hard gambling and soft gambling.

    The truth of the matter, except for the wire act which confines itself to sportsbetting, and some state laws passed in individual states, there is no law regarding online gambling.

    Casino games, poker and sportsbetting are hard gambling.

    One of the reasons that legislation has not passed is that some keep trying to lump soft gambling in with hard gambling.
