rasierllcMemberIf you can login to your accounts, you’re all doing better than we are. After they changed the design (seems like a LONG TIME ago) We have never been able to re-login to our account. Maybe I missed an email somewhere… and something changed ?! – interesting to find this thread, I just tried logging in yesterday after not thinking about them for over a year or so
…. found my logins on a scrap of paper, so I gave it a whirl… (big surprise) – apparently I have no account although I signed up 5 or more years ago :SI begin to wonder if the right approach for this industry is to just start calculating for the thieves / casinos going out of business, etc… It almost takes more time than it’s worth tracking the money. If I just drop whoever drops me without engaging them, they probably will go out faster and I’ll start recouping faster than giving all these 2nd and 3rd chances / begging for my money, etc.
In fact we are working on a stats program that deals with casino automatically, including automated emails to them about poor (and good) performance, increased (or decreased) exposure. This all will happen through automatically analyzing the stats (click thru ratios / income to click ratios, etc)
We need an affiliate collection agency that takes a % … for instance I’d probably pay 5% of my revenue from online casinos to someone who could pay me regularly on the 1st and deal with getting my % from these companies themselves…. (so stats-remote actually MEANT something)

They owe us money as well. I sent them some signed documents they asked for almost a month ago and still no response or pay.
If anyone has a contact here please let me know. The contacts I have been using (given to me by other helpful webmasters on this forum) are as follows:
partner_english @ gamblingfederation.com
kelsang @ gamblingfederation.com
kelsang @ cgtvgames.comAll of the above email contacts work, and they have sent me a reply from all of these emails. Actually Kelsang is very helpful, but he is most likely just the middle man who has to come up with the excuses when the people with the actual authorization don`t pay up.
In the first several months (it has been over 6 months negotiation) I received the following email response more than once, so I think it`s their standard cut and paste excuse in the initial stages of payment delay:
Great to hear from you, please note that accounting has been notified as to provide you with a status update on your pending payment transactions. Be aware that we are in the process of switching our financial institution and partners from Popular Bank of Cyprus, Laiki Bank with our new business partner The Royal Bank Of Scotland.
Hence, we ask to bare with us with this unusual delay which we are attempting to resolve in the briefest delays. Our accounting department is presently in contact with both financial institutions as to speed up this entire process.
We appreciate your patience and consideration with this situation.
Next, they will probably say something like the payment has been processed but is still in que or something like that. Unfortunately, my payments have been in que for months :sarcasm:
After 6 months they stopped even replying to my emails, but if there is any further progress regarding this issue, I will keep everyone posted.

That sounds terrible.
Didn’t the Royal Bank Of Scotland stop making gaming payments to the US and isn’t Cyprus a well meaning jurisdiction that pays out?
That’s what I seem to recall from the time period immediately following UIGEA. Maybe it has changed.
