i recently put Galactic Bingo up on my bingo sites & while most of the others were getting hits & some players Galactic Bingo did nothing.
so i went & clicked on it TWICE and none of the clicks are showing up. kinda makes me wonder if i had any players with them at all.
they are part of housewinnings group but there casinos have been showing clicks but i am wondering about there stats also.
has anyone else had or having problems with Galactic Bingo?
as far as getting the link correct i copy & pasted it so it can’t go wrong there i would think. i mean it took me to the site when i clicked on it twice so it must have been right right???

I will look into this more. I’ve emailed our technician. Once I have a response, I’ll get back to you guys here.
I have been promoting them for a few months now with no problems. Well, let me be more specific, no tracking problems just converting seems to be a problem.
Galactic Bingo Updated the Bingo Software by Dot Com Entertainment Group. Apparently, there was a tracking issue for a few trackers in the last couple weeks. Thanks to the board, we notifed them about the problem and now it has been fixed.
Let me know if you continue to experience any more issues, there should be no more issues.
