Hello all,
Over the last 4 days we have been working with Jon-Jon of G3Partners to remove a specific predatory term from their contract. After 2 iterations of changes to the term, they are now 100% in compliance!!!
A HUGE thanks goes out to Jon-Jon and G3Partner for changing their terms and making their program affiliate-friendly!!!!
Here are the details:
ORIGINAL TERMS:
Original Terms wrote:1. G3 Partner will pay commissions for the life of the player, provided that the Affiliate remains an active Affiliate within the Program. G3 Partner will not apply the following term within the first 6 months of the relationship: Should an affiliate fail to deliver any new players in a six month period, G3Partner reserves the right to de-activate the affiliate account and withhold earnings. Should an affiliate re-activate their account through sending a purchasing player within a month after suspension of the account, G3Partner may, at their discretion, back pay earned commission. These instances will be reviewed individually and will be based on history with the program.2. Should an affiliate not generate at least one new player in a month period the affiliate revenue share commission will reduce to not lower than 25%. If on CPA the affiliate will lose the right to receive Level 2 and Level 3 bonuses from players brought in prior to this period. These instances will be reviewed on an individual basis. This term is also not enforced within the first 6 months of partnership.
CHANGED TO:
NEW TERMS wrote:G3 Partner will pay commisions for the life of the player for all standard affiliate accounts. Specialized affiliate agreements will be handled on a case by case basis. You can see the full story at:
