Hi, I apologize for not explaining, very busy. I notice that each day the stats are different, sometimes they show a couple of downloads with many impressions/clicks and at other times, like today, it is showing 2 impressions for March which I know isn’t correct. I have temporarily removed the banners.

Update: Well, I just checked again and now they are showing 10 impressions and 1 click but earlier today they showed the 2 impressions, it changes rather frequently.

You should take screenshots each time to show what is happening and post here. That would give us a better idea of what is happening and then we could all check our own stats to see if it is occurring in our accounts as well.

Hi all,

I have had a look at these screenshots, and they really do look strange. I have received a couple of queries from affiliates about the stats reports on the PlayShare Affiliates website, so I have the techies investigating this as a priority.

I will let you know of any developments – and thank you for bringing this to my attention!

Hi again,

I have just had word that the queries that update the stats were failing. This issue has now been resolved and the stats fully updated, so all should be OK now.

Please can you check your stats and let me know if this has resolved the problem.
