InactiveThey are working with the doj to get monies owed to players, and I assume affiliates, paid out. I think that this will happen.
After they settle what they owe, I am not so sure that they will be able to send payments into the US again.

Katy – PartnerLogicMemberI just hope that everything is settled with both players and affiliate. I’ve had a few issues with Full Tilt in the past but they always acted professionally.

chazMemberSomeone is getting rich from this misery for sure. So many players without a place to play would sure be an useful traffic to the new online room that Uncle Sam will introduce.
If it’s not online, as J. Todd said, it will be Las Vegas that gets all of the incoming poker traffic.
I think while this is specifically related to poker, the bigger picture and question is this. Is it worth promoting any program that accepts US players? What happens if one day the FBI decides to close down top 3 casinos that accept US players, and then the top 3 sportsbooks, etc etc, those are of course just speculations and guessing.

InactiveOkay, one site down, 6 to go…what a fricking nightmare, I am taking down PS, FT, UB and AP for now. I don’t trust any of them.

chazMemberAre you having problems with the payments from all of them? I am not very much into Poker, but are these like the only major Poker sites? I’ve seen them a few times on ESPN.

InactiveAP/UB is possibly going bankrupt, they were probably 25% or more of my poker income, and I have $1100 stuck in there from last month that I can’t cash out.
Full Tilt is not tracking or showing stats at all for me, for April or May…I was told they are working on tracking USA affiliates players, but I’m starting to think that’s not gonna happen. A few hundred lost there for April alone.
Poker Stars, well the word is out that they are not paying for March or April signups for USA players, $175 lost for me there…and who knows what next month brings or if they will pay USA affiliates at all.
I think all affiliates in the USA need to get rid of all 4 rooms for now anyways.
it’s very hard for me to trust any of those 4 rooms, I would rather send the traffic to non USA rooms and a handful of USA rooms that are paying as of right now….

chazMemberOh ouch, you are taking a hit these days. With that sub affiliate problem you had combined with this, sure doesn’t look pretty.
Hope you get everything sorted and paid of course.
