I think its a bargin price. 80 million for a brand, platform, and possible infrastructure, contacts to do greater things.

Exactly, even once all the players are repaid and the site is relaunched, it’s still going to have a huge player base second only to stars which would have cost a hell of a lot more to do from scratch and take many many years.
