Sorry only know the affiliate guys – Cam who works on the affiliate side is very responsive and helpful. Let me know if you want his contact details
Full Tilt’s affiliate management can be very frustrating as you end up having to submit a ticket everytime you want to ask something. If you contact them at [email protected], someone will respond to you. It may take 48 hours, but they will get back to you.
Personally, I don’t like it, but you will get a response.
I know it can be frustrating waiting a few days for a response and that’s usually how long it takes to get one from Full Tilt.
I also don’t know of any contacts other than the affiliate team but I was just wondering what issues you are having with them. If you’d rather not post anything about it that’s fine but I am just curious.

Have you tried also reaching out to Cam on Facebook? That has worked for me in the past.
