Had to laugh that they’re claiming they’ll be determined by California law if there are any disputes.

OH yes – that’s right – you’ll definately be seeing these guys setting foot in the United States to do battle in a CAlifornia courtroom ….. NOT !!!!!!!

Anyone got any idea where this lot are based ???
I couldn’t SEE ANYTHING about their actual location or money jurisdiction ..

Well… I was quite skeptical when they first came out, but I applied anyways…. took 3 weeks before the account was activated, and I got my ‘atm card’. The card comes with 800 numbers and addresses and all that stuff. The ‘Data Processing Center’ is in California….

When Full Tilt paid ( monday 3/12 ) I cashed out to my user account. Over night, I was notified by email that the money had moved to the MyWebAtM account. So….. I went to the bank this morning… sure as shit, it spit out my cash!

This cash out was faster than Neteller ever was, so I’m pretty happy right now! ;-)

Unfortunately, the sign-up process for MyWebATM requires you to answer questions about obscure items in your credit report. I tried to sign up and got rejected because I forgot about a GAP card I got four years ago to get a 15% discount on some pairs of jeans. MyWebATM asked about the bank that had issued the card, and I not only had forgotten the card the minute I paid off that first bill, but I never paid attention to the bank that had issued the card.

They also asked about an installment loan they insisted I took out two years ago. I have no memory whatsoever of having taken out an installment loan in the past two decades. I actually ordered a copy of my credit report to find out what they could possibly be talking about, and I couldn’t find any installment loan on the Experian report either.

Can’t you MyWebATM people set up the sign-up process to ask questions people will actually be able to answer? I am who I claimed to be, but I have been rejected by your service.

Also, after my sign-up attempt failed, I was given a message that I would get a follow-up call from MyWebATM. The call never came.

I have similar complaints posted by players all over my Web site.
