InactiveI am not a expert with pay-per click but I think they are all pretty much scams just do a few searches on CAP 90% of webmasters say they are worthless. Ask yourself if there traffic is so good why would they be selling it to you for $49.99? They could be making 100 times that if they used it themselves. Maybe someone else can elaborate more on this for you.

InactiveIt’s hit and miss with pay per clicks these days. There are a lot of ppcs with thieves for affiliates and there are a few that are decent. It’s just a matter of trial and error.
I recently deposited with one ppc search engine and received a “targeted” click from a site with a**2mouth in the URL. I went to that link in my logs and sure enough there was a girl who first got it in her a** and then she got it in her mouth.
So much for targeted traffic! :rollover:

InactiveSounds like you have some history with the PPCs you selected. However, I have a hard time believing that 2 second-tier PPCs have enough supply to be able to send your site over 1000 uniques per day. I’ve tried several PPCs and have found the one’s that deliver “real” traffic only provide a few clicks per day, while the one’s providing tons of traffic turn out to be scams. You should be checking your stats to see if the traffic is real or not. You can pretty much tell if no-one makes it past your home page. Beware of PPC in this industry.

InactiveFor one of them I was using their network ad system where my ads are displayed pretty much like Google’s adwords on other webpages. Maybe this is where the problem lies. I have used ppc in the past off and on and especially to get new sites up and running. I noticed that FindFast is now called Miva. Maybe its changed since then….
Either way, thanks for the input. PPC is not my preferred choice of marketing and have not used it in awhile – just thought I would give it a shot again. From what I’m gathering, it sounds as if the traffic is obviously bogus. Guess I’m going to stay away from it!
Thanks for the input.
