As far as I remember Wagershare have for SpinPalace and AffiliateLounge have for casinoeuro & cherrycasino.

Referback has two (lucky nuggets and riverbelle) but I had absolutely no conversions from them. They are .dcr files so you can embed them and include your aff tags.
Thanks for suggestions. I used them before a few years back and didn’t get many conversions but if that’s what surfers are looking for on a certain page best give it to them and have them stick around.:hattip:
