We were just discussing this the other day … why casinos have no problem taking your deposits but when you go to check out they hold your winnings.
Makes sense that if they truly want to protect the end user and themselves that they should check up front and not going out the door! I believe most dont check upfront because they are hoping the players will lose it all …
