I see that this issue is in the process of being resolved in another forum, which is good to see.
Cjperotti, please ensure that you post an apology to the party involved here too, as far as I can determine from other discussions, it seems that you agree that they are not to blame for the problem and I think it would go a long way in rectifying this situation so that you can work together to get to the bottom of this.
