(2) Visit once a day
(3) Click on NEW POSTS …Voila !! all the new content in a couple of easy index pages.
Actually it took me a while to realise that the forum had a structure with seperate sections.

what works best for me is if there are more than one page of new posts …… to immediately open each new page and then go back and read. for some reason it seems like if say there are 3 new pages of new posts ….. if I only read the first one and take too much time …. it won’t open the other two.
same goes for if you get a PM. go ahead and click to open the PM .. but don’t read it yet ….. instead …go open each new page (of new posts) until you have them all open and then go back thru.
that seems to work best for me. hope it helps.
