I am following suit with my blacklisted casinos page which ranks #1 in 3 engines. I am particularly unhappy with Fortune discontinuing dialogue. I was always open to dialogue.

Everyone here is welcome to use the lists — in fact, I encourage it. Been swamped with pulling links but feel it is VERY neccessary to make the blacklist.Well, in a recent exchange Greg from Wager Junction says he was removing the 3 month clause and looking into the paragraph that was in breach to see if he could remove it. So I will also list him as “under review”.
Just a tip for everyone — it will be easier to copy and paste the list if you use Firefox. If you use IE, you probably won’t be able to highlight specific areas of text (this is due to my use of DIVs and CSS). Alternately, you can view the source code and grab the casino names from there.
Also, I think it could be a good thing to exchange links with other blacklist pages. Doing this will boost the PR of everyone’s blacklist page, and it will help to speed up the spidering process of the new pages. If anyone is interested in this sort of reciprocal exchange, please PM me.

But to say GoldenPalace.com is blacklisted because of the naming of a baby, I don´t know. Isn´t everybody involved laughing when they collect their checks?

Blacklists are and should be put together using one’s very best impartial personal judgement.
There are and always will be moral issues that affect us differently.

We need an answer of some sort by close of business your time today. That answer should either promote a new solution, or else revert back to your original terms, albeit temporarily, until such time as you are ready to announce a new solution which is acceptable to all parties.
Fortune Affiliates need to be operating from a legal perspective – as opposed to one likely to be found to wrongfully impact the benefits of the vested interest affiliates have in the players they send to you.
It would pain me, and I’m sure many others, if Fortune Affiliates cannot realize this by at least moving back to the white side of the equation for the time being. But I fully intend to move forward tonight as everyone is one week past their original stated deadline.
Please, please, for everyone’s sake – do the right thing today.

Fortune, your silence is being interpreted as unwillingness to communicate and – well – being snotty and arrogant.
You are still in breach of contract and have been for a long time now.
This is not a mtter of who makes how much money in which fashion – it is a LEGAL matter. It is a matter of trust. It is a matter of a stable industry where contracts are meaningful. It is a matter of a handshake counting as something, and a legal contract definitely being observed.
Just because this is the internet does not mean that all basics of business decency can be thrown out.
Please, do speak up and honor the contract you made with us. No one really wants war, everyone wants to mend fences. We are supposed to be partners. You don’t go back on your deal with a partner – no one will believe anything you promise anymore, contract or none.
This is about integrity of the industry, not anybody’s bottomline. First we have a decent legal environment to work in, then we deal.
I’ve already been informed that they will not be making any statements, unlike Vegas Partner who has common sense.
Thus, I am already proceeding with my plans.

I still hold out hope…but we do need to act.
We just can’t let this industry deteriorate to such an extent that the contracts we sign are meaningless.
I see the positive points: when I start to delete all RB links on my sites on Tuesday I can take away all FA links too, unfortunately. So I´ve to do this work only one time – for the moment :banger:
But I also made some sign ups with other programs, seems they will be the winners at least…
I am getting tired of the jojo business.
Take them down, put them up, blacklist, no blacklist – and no communications.
Next time I take down links they stay down, and next time I add to the blacklist, it stays that way.
I have taken Referback down, but have put up Fortune again last week due to a rumor that they were trying to make things work.
But due to no communications, in public or private, I say take them down and keep them down.
