Fortune Affiliates – Can’t login???

    I can log in fine, but when I log out it crashes, (500 error) been like that for a long time now.

    I tried again and this time it worked. I’ve also been getting to log-out 500 error. And yes been like that since just after Chrissy. Nice to know they keep a handle on things over there :p

    I was getting it on and off all week. Sometimes I get in, other times I can’t. I’m just hoping the tracking is working.

    That’s a concern.

    That and the fear someone has hacked my accounts. Given there was a spat of aff accounts being hacked and payment details changed, not being able to gain access tends to spark paranoia.

    I’d suggest that everyone makes sure their passwords are very strong.

    We had some technical issues with our Affiliate System that effected logins on Saturday, the issue was resolved in under an hour. Should you continue to have problems logging in please either let me know or contact you Account Manager, to assist you as quickly as possible.

    While this issue was fixed quickly, the issue regarding logging out still remains unfixed.

    How to replicate the issue:

    1. Log-in into your FA account
    2. Click the log-out link

    Doing so produces a 500 error and the page is populated with debug code.

    Been like this since late December 2012. Would be good if this was fixed too!
