I understand these guys are certified programs here but you may like to think again when you take a look at this.

I have an old player – since 2004 who plays very occasionally here. In April 2008 he started playing and I was owed $2900 for the month.

I received this email and I quote

    Hi Pam,

I was writing to inform you that we are not able to make payment for April’s earnings because you have only 1 player in your account and overall they are winning at the casinos. The casinos have not made any money from your player and cannot justify making affiliate payment when they haven’t earned anything themselves. Once this player starts loosing, you will start earning.

    Kind Regards,

Is this some sort of joke? The player lost £12k in April – how would you feel if this was you?

    Hi Pam,

As explained in the email I sent in response to your email questioning this:

You have only 1 player in your account. That player is up at the casinos +$7,657. The casinos have not earned one penny from this player and are in the hole $7,657 from this player. When this player has a negative balance overall, we will certainly pay you for earnings.

4.1 of the Focalclick.com Terms and Conditions:

“We will pay you a 25 – 35% commission based on the Adjusted Gross Revenue generated by each customer that is linked from your site to any of the participating Focal Click online casinos. Negative balances (your referred customers win during the month) will not be carried over to the following month. Negative balances will default to zero at the beginning of the following month in order to give you a fresh start for the month provided you have at least 3 separate distinct and unique players playing for that month. It is at the management’s discretion to review accounts on a case-by-case basis and recalculate earnings if there are no more than 3 separate distinct and unique players playing for that month if circumstances deem necessary. If your customers lose money in one of our properties, but win in another, you will still earn your commission based on the Adjusted Gross Revenue of the property in which your customers lost.

In rare cases like this one, there is only 1 player in your account (no other player referrals from your account), and the 1 player is up at the casinos $7,657. Again, the casinos have not earned anything from this player and cannot justify paying out affiliate earnings on revenue they have not earned.

If you have any other queries, please let me know. If I did not address something that you need addressed, please let me know.

    Kind Regards,

    Mark

Chill out, could have been a typo.

I’m a bit confused by this one, how is the affiliate up $2900 and saying their player lost £12k but you are saying the player has won $7,657?

Do you mean he has won $7,657 in previous month, giving a negative carry-over?
