    1. Your affiliate site loading page is too slow (I can live with that). Need a quicker server?
    2. Your casino site loading time is too slow (I can NOT live with that). Need a quicker server?
    3. Your casino landing page barely looks like a casino, its more suited towards an accountants website. It looks very BLAH in other-words.
    4. The affiliate link to the CASINO is silly (rialtoaffiliates.com/affiliate), that needs to be changed. In other words remove all “affiliate” reference.

A combination of the above does not full me with confidence, and don’t think your casino will convert for me.

We’ve been talking about this and we’re already planning on moving the site, both the casino and the affiliate site.

Just like above. We’ve been aware of it for a while, just planning the move also takes a little time as we would be detaching ourselves directly from the TopGame services and working through a webservice/API which will need a little integration work.

Also work in progress, glad to hear your comments and feedback. Its one of the ways we will evolve, adapt and improve.

It’s silly but functional. I don’t really see it as a huge issue but we also discussed this internally and you’ll be glad to hear we did decide to get it changed and it should be rolling out pretty quickly. We’ll be emailing all affiliates with the details, we’re trying to keep the old structure so that people who miss out a link will still get credit for the traffic and referrals.

I’ve worked at quite a few casino companies now over the last 10 years and have always had great plans to make improvements. Rialto is a really forward thinking company and I’m happy with the knowledge that they always want to improve.

Appreciate the concerns and comments, we run a lot of traffic through custom landing pages and offers if you’re unhappy with the basic landing page then get in touch.

New design draft is with the design team as we speak. We are moving our entire site to a faster loading CMS.

We are focusing on a big CTA homepage with a focus on interactivity to the download and all the inner pages with the text. So far, it’s looking great. A huge, no HUGE improvement on what we have currently.

There will be fresh content on it always and players will enjoy this as the fresh content will be the bonuses and promotions we’re offering. Affiliates will like it too because the players will play more and stay longer.

Genuinely excited here. Can’t wait to launch it and tweak it to keep improving it.

PS. Don’t know why I bothered to reserve a second post since I can’t edit it :D

Editing expires. The reason is that on occasion someone wants to edit or delete all their posts in a thread. When that happens, everyone who posted in reply looks like an idiot, and all subsequent readers can’t make heads or tail out of the entire thread.

So most any messageboard I know of have the edit function expire…

Yupp, I realize this. Have been using PHPBB and VBulletin and IPB for a long time now, I just forgot haha :D

Hope everyone is going to have a good weekend. I’m going to be working hard to try to get this new website up and running.

    No update here as yet.

It wasn’t just the server, although that contributed. It was a combination of a lot of things. We are now about 80% way through the new design. We will be testing it on a test server which will be a mirrored environment of the new site. We hope to have this fully tested and integrated and live next week.

New design is completed. Looks a lot better :) It is a redesign with a big focus on the call to action. It also allows us to completely control the site and create any amount of promotional materials and landing pages without going to the software supplier.

We changed this. The new link structure is now looking like this:

It’s very nice to see You Rialto coming in your thread sections here at CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com..

If affiliate managers where only as smart as You they would probably see more action and signups from webmasters here. Once again thanks for coming in and clearing this up and being active on the forum.

Thanks, we can but do (there is no try).

As an update. We are a little behind with the site launch because our designer decided to get hit by a car and spend a week in the hospital. I keep telling people, playing with moving traffic you need a little more padding and perhaps a helmet.

In all seriousness Gleb is fine and he is still working at home on the Flash and final CSS tweaks so we’re hoping to have the new site launched very soon. If not next week then I’ll be chasing people through multi-lane highways with me beat-stick.

As always, watch this space for updates.

Surprised to see that people have not come back to this thread since the new site has been up.

We’re continuing to make improvements to the site but we’re happy where the site is right now, loading fast with a very had to dismiss CALL TO ACTION on every page.

It’s converting for people from traffic to players and we’re very happy at the very noticeable change.

Affiliate site should be moving to the new servers soon when the SSL certificate is installed.

As for the casino site, we’re making further modifications for global call to action. Also we are working on a more “snazzy” site (think Sheldon’s cat Snazzles from “The Big Bang Theory”).

We added French language which is in a beta testing stage and Spanish language is added also. Euro currency is already available.

For the immediate future, we’re working on promoting to European players and maintaining our US and Global player base. As well as this, we’re adding the new affiliate website with improved security and refining our retention in-house. Quite a bit of behind-the-scenes action.

We continue to convert well for almost every affiliate with good traffic!
