InactiveThey are not paying their winners. Casinomeister has them on a warning list, and I will not advertise them anymore either although I was doing well with them until I got in the hole (they carry over negatives).
If they are not paying their winners but deduct the winnings from affiliate earnings they are making out like bandits – at everybody else’s cost. :omg:

InactiveI did well with this when they first opened, but then they would not pay me!
I had to hound and threat to get paid. They are now filed under “T”, the new management is trying to retrive themselves but I am running away! :flamer:January 1, 2005 at 9:38 pm #659595Anonymous
InactiveThis is a bit frightening to read because I got a whale there in December which makes up a fair chunk of my income for December so they had better cough up!
I know these guys – they are based in Durban South Africa . I have been working with them since they opened about 4 months ago , and must admit that so far they have paid me every month . ( Perhaps this may be because I am also based in South Africa ) Always a few days late but they do pay. They shouldn’t be carrying forward negative balances because it clearly says on their home page that they don’t carry forward negative balances.
If anyone still hasn’t been paid by them – let me know and I will see what I can doJanuary 1, 2005 at 10:06 pm #659598Anonymous
InactiveWell, I hadn’t looked at the stats all month because I totally neglect programs I am in the hole with.
They are not listed anyplace on my sites that I can think of, although there may be an obscure textlink someplace. In any case, I somehow snatched a whale in December also, getting me out of the hole and into a nice surprise payment. I do hope they will pay me – they have so far.

InactiveWell, I haven’t received payment yet, and all my players have completely disappeared. Nothing but zeroes – was a busy place before.

InactiveHi,
Let me introduce myself, my name is Mathew Peters and I am now the affiliate manager at First Grand Gaming. I will be replacing Paul Hensly as it was brought to our attention that operations were being handled in a less than efficient manner. It is now my duty to resolve all glitches that were experienced in the past and ensure that payments to affiliates are made efficiently.
It was first brought to our attention that both players and affiliates were not being paid within the market accepted timeframes and as a result the owners of First Grand Gaming procured new management to address these issues.
Our new accounts department is currently reconciling all outstanding payments to both players and affiliates. As part of our plan to change the perception of First Grand Gaming, we are going to need the help of our affiliates, to whom I personally commit, with the full support of the new management, to ensure our relationship with both the affiliate and the player is handled in an amicable and ethical manner.
As I am addressing this publicly, I am showing my willingness and commitment to resolving all outstanding issues and to rebuilding broken relationships with all affiliates. Should you have any questions or queries in the future, you are most welcome to direct them to me.

They have definitely carried a negative balance of mine forward according to the payment section. The payment due to me is half what it should be because of that.
