Can someone here please let us know what plans are in place to address the Firefox tracking issues described in this thread:
http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/problems-with-ultimatebet.9463.html?
As others noted, Firefox is already a substantial chunk of market share, and I expect it will continue to grow.

January 16, 2006 at 3:51 pm #680964AnonymousInactiveHi all,
A fix for the Firefox issue is in the works at UB, but in the meantime, what I suggest to affiliates is that we create a bonus code for you. This way, when new players enter your code at signup, they’ll be tagged to you regardless of what browser they used when clicking through your link to UltimateBet.
If you’d like to get a bonus code set up, just send an email to affiliateprogram@ultimatebet.com and I’ll take care of it for you.

Any news on the fix?
January 20, 2006 at 3:18 pm #681427AnonymousInactiveNo, not yet, but I promise that this is the first place we’ll announce it when it’s finished!
January 20, 2006 at 3:58 pm #681436AnonymousInactiveWhat kind of timeframe are you looking at for this fix?
January 20, 2006 at 6:06 pm #681444AnonymousInactiveAs most of you know, UltimateBet is in the middle of doing some major software upgrades, and the Firefox fix is included in those. We’re hoping everything will be finished soon, but we don’t have an exact date for it yet.

I thought the same thing at first, but then I wondered if this was happing in other programs. At least UB claims they are fixing it…
January 31, 2006 at 11:31 pm #682351AnonymousInactiveUB have put me in a biligerent mood, it’s been weeks now and no news.
They are still knowingly skimming 20% and not a word to affiliates.
February 23, 2006 at 4:25 pm #684546AnonymousInactiveOk, it’s been another month and we haven’t heard any news of a fix yet. Party just had their certification revoked for stealing players! Sure there is a bit of a difference, but the bottom line is they are still knowingly siphoning players and not once have they contacted me as an affiliate directly to notify me of this tracking issue.
:Pisser: UB
