I was told a wire for February payment was made on March 29th. I still haven’t received the payment yet, can you check on it for me?

I requested a wiredirect months ago, which Hype ask for swiftcodes,etc. The banks here do not use those codes, all they use is routing# which I have spoken to Tristan and passed on the info and thought it got straightened out , but still No payment as of yet.
Please pay!
