    Contacted support twice and no response so will ask here..

    So do to lack of conversions and earnings pulled most of your trackers anyway so dont really care but Im interested in knowing the answer.. Cause i have a feeling i know what you guys did but don’t want to make my tin foil hat theories public

    How can i have a chargeback of 3,324.00 when there were no deposits to that casino for a very long time. More then chargebacks are allowed. … Never even have that much in deposits in the past 12-18 months that i have been pulling trackers//

    So can you help me solve this mystery? P.S I have screenshots of it if you want me to post them here..

Your account manager was trying to get in touch with you for another reason and never got a reply… maybe your details on the system are not updated? would be cool to have some fresh information to get in touch with each other from now on and make it easier for you too.

    Now in regards to your question, players can do charge backs with their credit card companies during the last 6 months, so at the time we receive a refund request, all the deposits related to that player are reimbursed.

    I saw the stats and you are right on what you are saying, but you need to take in consideration my previous explanation.

    In February we didn’t have any activity on your account… so I guess the theory doesn’t get anywhere… the CB gotten by the company didn’t affect any earnings…

    So tell me when was the chargeback done?
    From what months deposits was it?
    how come in the past 6 months i have not seen any deposits near this amount in my account?
