i got paid by them this week for past 3 mths worth
i sent them a note last week asking about it , they responded quite quickly that i would receive this week , which is what happened
apart from closing my account, they did the right thing by me as far as moneys’ owed

FSThis is great news to hear! tvorec11, you may want to try to connect with faststeady… Perhaps there is a way that you can get your outstanding commissions as well?

FSHi there ! I can’t belive that they payd you. I am in the same sittuation as you – also owed for 4 months, I am e-mailing them every week since 1 month but I do not receive any reply from them. Can you please advice on what e-mail you communicated with them or any person to contact in order to solve the matter ?

i recevied the email from affiliates international informing me that they were terminating my accoutn due to lack of players
i sent note to generic affiliate email saying that I assumed on that basis they would pay me outstanding amounts,
within 24 hrs received email from “your affiliate manager” saying i would be paid at 30 days from termination
then about 30 days later i received email saying they were paying within 24 hrs and money turned up in my MB account the next day
i didnt do anything special or contact anyone specific, and they answered my emails promptly and did what they said they would do in the email
i am in australia and was an affiliate with them for about 4 yrs… dont know if that had anything to do with anything

You got lucky with them.On 02.08.2012 I have received the same terminaton note saying that my account was with negative balance (my account was + 10000 euro:), I gues they sent to all same standart e-mail… They said that the termination is on 31.08.2012 and any outstaning balance will be payd as usual.
Until then I have not received any payment from them or any answer of my e-mails !
I have sent a lot of e-mails including to the one you gave. Nothing happened.
Not they have a new affliate program: Beaffiliates. I suggest nobody to promote their new affliate program until they pay their old debts.

Thanks for all of the details. Honestly, do not give up. The squeaky wheel gets the oil (IMO.) Keep us posted with how this all turns out.
Got paid yesterday with what was owed until the closure of my account (31.08), not some big amount though.

Did they just simply remit payment to you, or have you been trying to chase after this?
i’ve posted the same thing on AGD but basically had heard nothing from them all year despite trying to repeatably get hold of them. Then the other day the affiliate program had changed. I emailed them to find out what was going on and they surprisingly got back to me. Now this bit is brilliant. They reckoned they emailed me 1st of August (which is a blatant lie) saying they had closed my account, giving me 30 days notice, due to poor results, yet every month I had sent them players and this year only one of them months ended in negative revenue, and that was only small so where the poor performance comes from is anyones guess. I have emailed back explaining all this and saying they have stolen players off me but surprise surprise I have had no reply now. All I can say is avoid them

I haven’t done anything, never been in contact with them. The money just arrived in my MB account

people should avoid them ful stop, they have just stole all your players off you
