Hi,

My aff account at eurosportbet.fr suddenly went inactive, I had 550€ from August commissions and more than 700€ from September.

the mail affiliates@eurosportbet.fr don’t answer me and they don’t have phone.

The client support (for betting) says that I needed to confirm my identity no more than 60 days after creating the account and because I didn’t did it my account was closed but i could create another one.

The thing is that no one asked for anything, in the T&C there is no such thing and I want my money.

Were can I press charge against them in France?
