    Yes same here …
Interestingly – these are just NEW banned countries.

Because the UNITED STATES is not listed there and they’ve been verboten for a while.

    Fraud reasons?

    I notice they say it’s a commercial decision …
And you can see they’ve dropped a lot of low wage, crime ridden economies.

Exactly. And the bettors from most of these countries are not enough to justify the upkeep.

I’m sure they don’t get a lot of action from Yugoslavia since it hasn’t existed for over a decade.

I am not sure why they would ban South Africa either. Yes there is a lot of poverty there but there is also a lot of wealth. Half the cars on the roads there have to be BMWs!

Also a lot of the countries on that list such as Barbados, Bahamas, and the Turks and Caicos have some of the wealthiest people in the world.

Well i’m pretty happy that North Korea isn’t on the list. I’ve got that market cornered! Once they get electricty, phones, and food, i’m gonna be rich.

Seriously though, these lists always make you scratch your head and wonder.

Strange list indeed. At least from an Asian perspective.

China, Hong Kong and Thailand are not banned according to this list.

Japan, North and South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Philippines and Macau are banned.

Yet Hong Kong explicitly bans online gambling… and China is cracking down hard on internet gambling… and Thailand blocks a lot of gambling sites….

Of the other list, only South Korea bans online gambling – Japan is up and coming, while Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam are huge sportsbetting countries.

If anything, they’ve got it exactly backwards!
