InactiveNo program is perfect – but I think it helps to have an affiliate manager assigned to your account. I have a great one and it makes all the difference. This is a big company and I agree that sometimes they get mixed up a lot but so far we have always sorted out things correctly with good communication. I would suggest to ask for a manager assigned to your account, at least you would know who to contact for these matters.

InactiveEver since they stopped requiring my sign off each month, every payment shows up via wire. Before, i would lose an email, they would sometimes forget. but i’ve never had any real issues, with getting paid in years. I’m very happy that i’ve been lucky/skillfull enough to have only had 2 or 3 programs go bad and that was about 4 years ago.

triplecrownMemberI have been working with them for a few months and everything is fine. They respond to my emails within 24 hours, and I’ve been paid when they said they would pay me.
No problem here.

affiliategodMemberThank you all for your replies. I had emailed my Affiliate Manager as well as David a couple of days ago with no response from either.
It is now the last business day of the month and still no pay. I signed off on my statement which was emailed to me on the 16th. I immediately signed it and sent back the very same day. I was assured, that I would receive my commissions by the end of this week. That didn’t happen. I will also be due commissions for September.
It is not my intention to bash nor think less of any affiliate program especially one here at CAP but, what am I to think when I am due and promised pay and do not receive it?! There is no excuse for this. I would even be happy with a response to my emails.

InactiveAlso, they are based in Israel so I think their work week starts on Sunday which means they dont work on Fridays and Saturdays (correct me if I’m wrong here).

InactiveOne of the things to keep in mind is that David and many folks there are very religious, there are a number of major holy days durning sept and oct:
Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur (last weekend), Sukkot, this week, Simchat Torah, which is next week
So they’re not in the office as much as normal. right now

affiliategodMemberReligious is all well and good. Unfortunately, at this moment, I am not so much as able to get to my house of worship as I was disabled years ago and am not able to drive. I would need to PAY a taxi. I could afford the taxi IF I was paid!
No disrespect intended in this post. Although I was disabled, thanks to my wonderful government I do not so much as collect disability. Therefore, I solely rely on my commissions were are far and few between these days. I have exactly $3.14 in my wallet at the moment and that is ALL I have to my name. So yes, I am a bit bitter as far as pay that is owed to me. Holiday or not, when I owe someone monies, I pay them. No matter what day it is! Perhaps it is just me but, I do take stock in the fact that I do the right thing.

InactiveI’ll second AmCan’s bit about the holidays, I had a payment delayed elsewhere for the same reason.
I don’t think Euro are deliberately delaying anything but it’s entirely possible something slipped through the cracks.
That being said, I feel for you – I know exactly what it’s like to depend on something which doesn’t arrive on time…
