Well, Casino Partners took the opportunity to change their Terms and Conditions when moving over to their new name ‘Euro Partners’. Much of the changes revolve around the new name, but there are quite a few changes that do not relate to the name… Here they are:

    REMOVED TERM wrote:
    11.5 Rakeback
Casino Partners, Titan Poker and Poker Ocean have a no rakeback policy in line with iPoker Network rules. Casino Partner affiliates are prohibited from offering rakeback deals of any kind to players. Casino Partners reserves the right to freeze all affiliate accounts found to be offering rakeback. These affiliates will have their affiliate account frozen immediately and no payments will be made for any revenue generated.

^^ We are unsure why Rakeback was removed from their Terms and Conditions.

    NEW TERM wrote:
    4.4 Fraud
In the event that Euro Partners deems that a possible fraudulent transaction and/or Fraud Traffic have been executed by yourself or a Player, we reserve the right to withhold any commissions due at such time. If such an occurrence takes place, Euro Partners has full authority to extinguish this Agreement in its entirety.

^^ It is always interesting to see the word ‘possible’ and ‘extinguish’ or ‘terminate’ in the same paragraph. It certainly appears to give EP the possibility of termination without just cause.

    NEW TERM wrote:
Restricted Jurisdictions” presently the territories of Israel, Estonia, USA and Hong-Kong, as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.
    NEW TERM wrote:
You shall not yourself, nor shall you authorize, assist or encourage any third party to attempt advertising, promoting or marketing our Sites’ Banners and Text Links within Restricted Jurisdictions.

^^ It looks like you cannot market from US-facing websites here if you take both the definition and the term into consideration.

    NEW TERM wrote:
1.9.2 “CPA commission structure – Bingo” is the amount paid per new player depositing a minimum of $20 that the affiliate partner refers to the Bingo Site. The affiliate will be paid based on the following scale: 1 to 10 players $50 per player

    1 to 10 players $50 per player
    11 to 20 players $75 per player
    21 to 30 players $90 per player
    31 to 40 players $110 per player
    41 to 50 players $130 per player
51 players and above $150 per player

^^ Added due to the addition of BingoDay.com

    NEW TERMS wrote:
1.9.3 “CPA commission structure – Mobile” is the amount paid per new player depositing a minimum of $50 that the affiliate partner refers to our Mobile Site(s). The affiliate will be paid based on the following scale:

    1 to 50 players $25 per player
    51 to 100 players $50 per player
    101 to 200 players $75 per player
More than 201 players, as agreed with your Account Manager

^^ Added due to the addition of CasinoTropezMobile.com

    AMMENDED TERMS (ORIGINAL) wrote:
    “Sites” means the Casino Partners casino clients websites located at http://www.casinotropez.com and/or http://www.casinodelrio.com and/or http://www.vegasred.com and/or http://www.europacasino.com and/or http://www.hammerscasino.com and/or http://www.titanpoker.com and their related pages.

    ^^ It appears that CameoCasino.com, OcenaPoker.com, BingoDay.com, CasinoTropezMobile.com, Craps.com, CasinoBellini.com, and TonyGPoker.com were ADDED and HammersCasino.com was removed.

Unfortunately, they did NOT remove the terms which needed removing nor did they remove negative carryover. Their approach to spammers is still as bad as it has always been :(

    Good luck ‘Euro Partners’

    Good work mate.

Anyone up for some discussion ?

Am I correct in assuming that the addition of clause 4.4 now makes Euro Partners a “predatory” program?

And what about the withdrawal of the no-rackback clause … isn’t that a negative sign that they’re now giving tacit endorsement for rackback affilaites ?

Two signs that this program has headed down the “dark side”.

I see a lot of programs with a similar term, but usually it doesn’t use the word ‘possible’. I find that word strange and alarming.

As far as predatory, I consider their offensive use of spammers to be predatory. Especially since those spammers are stealing our hard work. Their terms are a bit strange in a couple of areas as you can see at AffiliateGuardDog.com – but their spam work is what gives them the ‘predatory’ name. With the removal of the rackback term and the addition of the ‘possible fraud’ clause – I think their terms are also moving in the predatory direction.

    To furthur the discussion…

Is this a retroactive change? If so, does this mean older affiliates cannot do rakeback and newer affiliates can? Older affiliates can market to the US, but new affiliates cannot?

I assume that all are retroactive – but would certainly like a little clarification.

I read them as retroactive and I find them to be “alarming” and on the edge of predatory but that is just my opinion..lol I don’t like the spam and how this whole program works to begin with and the rakeback change is to me very retroactive.
