In regards to revenue, the site was mainly getting revenue on a flat ad rate. I was charging $500 a month for the left ad spot when the site was getting around 60-70 uniques per day. Just in the past 45 days the site has really start vamping up in the traffic.
The site has been pushing RoxyPalace and has sent about 150 clickthroughs to RoxyPalace this month. The top banner on the site gets far more attention than the left side banner. Whoever ends up purchasing this site is getting in at a very good time when the traffic is starting to soar and really starting to do well in terms of clicks and revenue.
Recent development: the site has now moved up 1-2 spots higher in Google for “blackjack strategy” into the #3 spot.
