I believe they are using Fortis Bank, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles.
They are not using Fortis.
Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Limited is the bank they use and is probably the largest bank in the island.
I think Fortis is EcoCard.

Fortis is definitely used by ePassporte, I will post part of our wiring instructions we received from them:

Please note that the name on the account used to wire funds to ePassporte must match the name of the entity/individual stated on the first page of the Business Account Agreement or the name of one of the principals listed in the Business Account Agreement. All wires received from the accounts that do not match these names will be returned.
