Inactivethat totally sums up my experiences as well !!
problem is what do you do about it? With the issues so prevalent there’s not much you can do other than sit back and have chuckle while drinking a nice cold one

InactiveThat son of a bitch has blocked our acct. at Tradal now. We still have the links up, I was hoping to find someone else that promotes them that does not go through those scum suckers Tradal. And I was going to just switch the links over instead of taking it down off 8-9 sites then put them all back up again.
I emailed giving him one last chance to make things good saying if he didn’t we would have to pull down the links, so he blocks our acct. and says he’s sending the money he owes.
Guess that shows they know they’re in the wrong
I warn anyone that deals with them to beware. Besides some Prima rooms they are the only room we made very little with and the stats never, ever seemed right. Then of course we found out that download link was being redirected. Shame on me for trusting them.

Inactiveproblem is what do you do about it?
Only two things act to really push my buttons…being treated like an idiot and being yelled at. Often there is not much you can do but let it slide off the ducks back.
Not this time…the arse is refusing to pay for the 2 players he knows were from the redirect (he told me two, could be 20) that he solemnly declared by phone that would be paid for to appease us.
His reply to Ellen’s stating that we were owed for the redirected players was:
Dean is not deciding who to pay – sorry.
Who is the owner of http://www.empireofpoker.com?
I am buddy and it is redirected…I bet anyone that they will try to grab the domain…they can have it.$9990 drive away no more to pay…let’s see ’em bring it on!
I will take this to the public forums and rub the little shites face in it.

InactiveIf you don’t know anyone at Cassava (I don’t) , you can try Satya from Iglobal. None of his biz, really, but he wields power at tradal and may be willing to help.
Just an idea.
In Amsterdam Tradal approached me and wanted me to represent more properties and I loudly (and to his embarassment) recited my payment problems with them. He nodded and fled – I guess afraid of others overhearing. When I got home I got some dynamite propsals from Tradal – which I declined.
I don’t trust these folks.

WOW – IMHO – This is a clear sign of CHEATING that should not and can not be tollerated! I had thought after about 4 months of sending them traffic that they were crooks – NOW I know for sure!
Use the boards and pass the word on! This is BS !

vladcizsolMemberGuys I checked to see what we could do as I thought Tradal was handling the Casino On Net and Empire Poker account with us. They arent.
Cassava certified direct with us and are handling affiliate issues.
I will talk to my old contact at Tradal, but I suspect he wont do much for me because I dropped them from my portals early last year due to rogue whales….

InactiveBrian, don’t worry, you know how Dean is

InactiveCassava can call the shots at Tradal.
Tradal is at the call and beck of Cassava and Iglobal, I keep repeating myself here.
The best way to get Tradal on the straight and narrow is to go through these other two places.
Since I got Iglobal to get on their butt about one of their properties I promote through tradal I get paid every month like clockwork.
Before that thet cheated me out of almost a year’s worth of $$$! (Yes, they did pay up!)

InactiveBy the way, Cassava is using Befree here at CAP. I signed up for 888 and I ended up signed at Befree. I don’t like that at all – I thought I was finally dealing directly with cassava. Not so. 😡

vladcizsolMemberI dont believe Cassava has their own affiliate back end, thats why they rely heavily on Tradal, Deep Blue and Befree for affiliate admin. One thing this shows me is they apparently are trying to minimize their reliance on Tradal and seeking other options.
Dom since you have contacts and pull at Cassava can you get Dean and Ellen taken care of on this problem?
September 4, 2004 at 10:20 pm #654448Anonymous
InactiveUnfortunately I have no pull or contacts at Cassava – I have pull at Iglobal. Iglobal is who fixed Tradal for me.
Cassava is confusing, how does Random Logic fit in there?
I have a contact at Random Logic…one Naomi Shamas, representing 888.com Official Affiliate Programs.
Phone: +972-3-7103746 Tel Aviv
email: [email protected]
I have never promoted Cassava properties except very briefly a couple years ago through Tradal. I was boycotting them – they are the biggest scummers on the net.
Maybe contacting Naomi will be helpful – I just ended up with her card from one of the conferences, I don’t remember her at all.
Shareasale also has represented CON for years, as does cashforclicks. I think they are just all over the place. They are still branding – reaching into non-casino affiliate places.

InactiveRichwebmaster represents Empire Poker also.
