    Hello,

    I tried loggin in just now and it’s comming up with a “e-mail address not found in our system” error. I clicked on the forgot password link and input my e-mail and the same error came up. Please advise.

    Hi All

    If you get an error like this please give it a few minutes and try again.
    I had a similar experience myself and it was quickly restored.
    Upon investigation it was the result of a connection issue due to internet traffic.
    This did not affect everyone and was one of those things beyond our control.
    If anything like this happens again please email us and let us know.

    Glad it was so quickly resolved.
    If only all Internet issues were!
