    Hi Tim,

In regard to the new advertising law taking effect September 1st, affiliates need to know:

    1. Are you moving from Kahnawake or taking a secondary license for the EU.

    2. Do you know if Kahnawake has been approved by the EEC.

    3. Will any changes you make be effective by September 1st.

This is urgent – otherwise EU/UK affiliates will have to take you down since it will be illegal to advertise casinos not whitelisted.

    Hi ntaus8

The Palace Group completed the application process for a Maltese license some time ago and are confident that everything will be in place by September 1st 2007. As such all of WagerShare’s clients will be fully compliant with the new law.

We can’t advise as to whether or not Kahnawake has been white listed so you should check this with a lawyer.

    Best regards,

    Tim

    Thanks for the info :hattip:

Is the Maltese license the cheapest or why is everyone heading for Malta? I know they have good infrastructure and all. A lot of sportsbooks are down there as far as I know.

    Hi Goldfinger

WagerShare weren’t involved with the decision making process of The Palace Group moving license, but rest assured that the move to Malta is in the best interest of all involved including the players, the affiliates and The Palace Group.

    Best regards,

    Tim
