EcoCard Account re-activation procedure
In order to access your EcoCard Account the following steps are required to be performed:Ensure that activation link is received. If you have not received it yet, you can request it online on http://www.ecocard.com or by clicking https://www.ecocard.com/Activation.aspx.
Click on the activation link. A new browser window will open. If it does not, you can copy and paste this link into the browser address bar.
Type in your Eco User ID (which consists of 2 letters and 5 digits) in the “User Name” field on the Login page.
Activation code will be inserted automatically into the “Password” field. Then proceed by clicking “Activate” button.
Once your EcoCard Account is re-activated, you will be required to change your password and update your personal information. Updating your personal information is essential for further usage of your EcoCard Account.
You are ready to use your EcoCard Account.
AttentionFor accessing your EcoCard Account in the future, please use your Eco User ID as “User Name” and Password created during re-activation;
Existing EcoCard Numbers (e.g. ABCD12345678) are not in use anymore;
Your new Account Number consists of 10 digits (e.g. 1234567890);

InactiveIt takes a day. They must do it manually, since mine took a day or so to arrive.
