I’m not sure what that site is, it looks like some affiliate portal.
It is loading – but veerrrrry slowly.
I got in and got my money out right away – confirmed.

EcoCard was down for me last night, but its up now. I am in Tennessee in the mountains currently so I dont know if Florida is having a problem.
It was down for me in Florida, but it was back up this morning. I am tempted to empty it out just so I don’t get caught in a Neteller quagmire.

I am with Professor I get the funds out asap, not taking any chances and the QT looks legit to me I am all set to change from eco when needed.
