Inactiveecocard has worked for us for a very long time and was definitely the most favoured solution because its cheap. however, things have hit the fan 3 months ago and our account has been on lock down without any explanation. for more than 50 days they have chosen not to reply to any of our weekly emails. nor have they chosen to explain why our account is considered as ‘fraudulent’. the only thing it was used for is receiving affiliate payments. all of those came from legitimate companies. i presume some affiliate program that sent us money had their ecocard account ‘flagged’ for something and as a result the kudos got passed on to us. go figure…
but ecocard support is on par with neteller = non-existent.

InactiveYep, after using for more than two years, they are now asking for all kind of documents to clear my funds there, I’ve spoken to a representative before regarding identification (all docs sent) but it seems its all lost in some trash can,

they are holding my funds in there for 3 months now and not replying to emails. its a bit like being in guantanamo, they are not letting the money go nor are they telling us what we are accused of

casinotubeMemberThay do wht that thay want with you money they locked closed what ever all the time thay allways asking for more info even my size my mother name what the hack with this company dont dill with them thay locked my account for 3 month with my money after i call ther support program in agod no men contry!!thay last send it to me by check and locked my account for good if you want ther direct tel i have it but lost it i will look it over for you guys but just you all know this ecoccard is not to be dill with!!!thay can locked you acoount with any email or any word !!

InactiveI have Eco and used it for awhile. Now they want documents for proof of Identity, a driver’s license or a passport. Well I don’t drive and don’t have a passport. They won’t accept any other of my id’s. I have switched all my payments to another direction. It’s sad when they do things like this, and frustrating. Not everyone drives or leaves the country so what are we to do? Moneybookers did the exact same thing to me. I soooo miss Neteller, it was the best and easiest to deal with!

Inactivefrom what it seems Ecocard has changed from a payment processor which barely had any security procedures to an information gestapo. kind of a shame they are not interested in dealing with these issues sensibly. a lot of people just use their account to receive money from verified Ecocard merchants, so it doesn’t make sense why there need to be such extreme identity checking procedures…

casinotubeMemberI sure hope affilites here or any one als will see in the end thay are not ther to make money ecocard thay like moneybookers are the cops’ of the world thay wnt info all the time thay tel’ in the middilie of the night asking you ? Thay ask ? Even the ones that send you money why anybody want to work with them !!!lets all say no!
