InactiveThis bothers me also, and I didn’t realize EcoCard was doing this.
I don’t think payment processing companies should have casino advertisements (or even references to online casinos) anywhere on the site. This type of thing makes the payment processing company look unprofessional, in my opinion.
Also (as you said), there is the whole issue of having your referrals sidetracked or stolen if they sign up through one of the Casino Pays links on the EcoCard site. Personally, I have chosen not to promote Casino Pays… but it appears they’ve outsmarted me by getting their casinos listed on the EcoCard site (which I do send traffic to). sneaky2.gi

vladcizsolMemberGuys I havent followed this issue, but why is it wrong for Casino Pays to advertise there if they are capable of doing so?
Shit, as hard as advertising is to come by I cant really blame anyone for buying any ads they can find.

InactiveI don’t blame Pays for advertising there, I blame ECO for taking it. They want me to promote “To play at Sci-Fi Casino get an ECO Card” the person goes there to get the card and sees ads for “my competition”.
That’s where my problem is.

InactiveI guess you are right prof about casinopays advertising where they want but I strongly agree with AmCan that ECO is in the wrong for taking the ads.

I agree.
I am sticking with promoting only neteller for this reason.
And still I can’t escape having my visitors sidetracked if other casinos offer ECO and my visitors get snatched after going through the casino they picked on my site.
Now the only way to avoid this would be to drop all casinos who use ECO.
I hate leaks in my visitor path, players are hard enough to come by. I have been plugging all leaks I found and I guess this here is another one.

vladcizsolMemberOk I follow you now. Its probably not a good idea for ECO to sell ads to individual casinos as it could be viewed as a conflict of interest and could siphon players by happenstance.

GuestWeighing in from the other side, we will never send players to sign up for Eco with the competition advertised there. We removed them as a deposit method.

InactiveJeff are you able to convey to Ecocard why you are removing them? That way they might get the message that the focus on short-term dollars might be hurting them in the long run.
