I can’t remember if I ever clicked on one of his links or not.

sometimes I’ll go see a site to see what the competition is doing,

I’ve got Macafee, zone alarm and spyhunter.

what I’m worried about is his using my PC to launch attacks / emails etc.

I’ve not noticed anything bad, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t gotten to me.
