Hi FictionNet,
Information such as hits and downloads were removed from their stats for sometime. However, this information is coming back next week on Monday.
Ryan will send you all of that via email until you can see it on Monday.
Overall, the stats are updated every 24 hours (at around 3:00 p.m. E.S.T)
