Unfortunately, if your Internet connection use dynamic IPs, you usually can’t block it on your stats.
Some stats programs allow you to block groups of IPs, so it may work for you.
Probably your ISP changes only the last 3 numbers, so you can block it on the stats like this: 111.222.333.xxx
I know that statcounter allow that.
