very hard to tax on winnings, but better to tax then to ban. :yang2:
maybe easier to tax deposit amount, rather then winnings.
bank can tax deposit when transaction is made.
In the meantime perhaps they should ban reefers as well. I find the Holland as one of the more progressive and liberal countries in the world. Unfortunate if true.
