InactiveI’m one who does well with CPS. The more exposure I give them, the more I earn. They aren’t my #1 performing program, but they are often in the top 5.

Guesthard to argue with you E:
I respect you. but I can’t seem to give them away. I’m doing okay with other MGS programs … I see no reason why i can’t produce with them.
I tried them years ago and didn’t earn. a partner whom I respect very much and hopefully someday can say who … well I asked them about CPS and they said they wouldn’t touch them. that was enough for me. the two were reasons enough.
now all that said. i did test and it did show up. so I’m not calling them cheats. just that I’m tired of wasting space on a program that can’t produce.
thank you for your input.

InactiveDon’t feel too bad bb1,
It will be 1 year since I joined next month (thank you Frist) and never made a cent that I can recall. As a matter of fact the downloads are rather dismal compared to all other programs including the other 4 MG’s I promote.
I do have a couple of pages I threw together including the progressive tickers but probabally could do a much better job of promoting them.
I do much better when I promote specific slot games.

InactiveI’ve always liked CPS because of how they treat their players, its not even close to top 5 for me, but the retention is excellant so it’s nice and steady, some months better than others. It hasn’t been performing as well for myself since US law change, like so many other programs of course.
I don’t believe in putting all my eggs in one basket, especially with the fast changes these days, CPS is worth advertising and the banner space to me, even with very slow growth.

InactiveI do well with them consistently.
Steve…are you possibly raising the expectations of your potential players too high in your text? Just a thought…I find that the focus on the benefits of Casino Action and the Instant Neteller payouts are the key for me.
An example of what I mean….shouting about the $1000 Challenge bonus doesn’t work unless it’s presented right…players go there and find you have to deposit a lot more than $1000 and in 3 chunks to get it. By making that more obvious, you lower the expectation of a player before they get there…to me that’s the best policy…you want players to get more than they expected, not less.
Just an idea.
Cheers

InactiveThey do well for me, but conversions could be better.

vladcizsolMemberThey have never been one of my top producers, but as noted they do have good retention and an excellent reputation with players and affiliates. I know they have moved on, but Trish and Brian were always dynamite to work with too.

InactiveJon is good to work with also. He’s keeping the spirit.

InactiveNever made a dime there.

InactiveJon is awesome and is always willing to sit down and figure out what will work for you Steve, have you tried contacting him? This is a tough time for everyone and with players having a hard time making deposits it is hard to blame the programs right now, I think things will get better we just have to ride out the storm a bit longer.
Try what Simmo said and focus on the instant cashouts and while doing that your also focusing on your non usa traffic.
Good luck to you on this but I think give it another shot before you pull them

GuestHi all,
appreciate the feedback. You see,,…… that’s why i gave them another shot. And i never called them cheats.
but …someday …… and it will come ….. I’ll be able to note who my partner is that said they didn’t trust them. this person is very, very talented in our industry.
I took that into consideration and then of course ….my lack of performance.
I do find it interesting that ….. only like one person said they were best performers. there’s almost always 4 or 5 that make that claim about any place.
now that said…. I again say that I have tested and the test showed up …. well I did have a two tests that didn’t show up but I gave that credit to just bad luck or whatever. I seldom condemn a program over one or even two bad tests.
but when you add that to bad performance ….. you wonder.
I still don’t know what I’ll do …. but I know I am starting to replace them as I go. I would really like to see things change and it would save me a lot of work, make me money (of course) …. and be best all the way around.
…..sigh. I hate when these situations arise. I don’t like taking this position…. but at some point ….. you gotta.
thanks again all for feedback.

InactiveHey B, I can honestly say I haven’t given CPS the advertising I should/could to make them into my top 5, you’re giving me a new challenge. Just keep in mind these casinos have been around along time and with less new players coming online due to law changes it will take longer to build up with CPS. Thats actually a good thing, shows players stay tagged to the original affiliate which is more than I can say for some. I know it takes more than 30 days to build up here, but it does pay. Good luck whatever you decide.

biggygMemberI gave them 4 banners on homepage of my top producing website ,i got one player first day who lost $1200.00 and never got another player since. And not even guest players
There are a few groups that dont perform for us , then we have programs like Mainstreet that i need a calculator to even count the signups because we get so many .Go figure.September 8, 2007 at 8:05 pm #748183Anonymous
InactiveBy the way some casinos for me never performed. I could never do anything with Aztec or golden reef, or even the UK brand. I’ve done all right with Challenge and Music Hall.
Even if I do all right, if I had to start from scratch I would not be giving them prime exposure due to the conversions being better elsewhere.

InactiveHey B,
I think I started off a bit slow when I started with CPS many years ago, but from memory, the increased exposure did work for me and even moreso when I had met Trish, Brian, Andy and most recently Jon also.
They have been consistently top 5 (including top 1-3 at least 6 times) over the past 18 months (good old statsremote I have to thank for being able to just come up with that info so quick hehe)..
As for affiliate support, they are easily equal in my top 3 – and in particular I like the way that if you ask them something or suggest something it’s generally a straight ‘yes or no’ with no messing about.
As for ‘working for some’ – well I have similar experiences with others doing well on ones I don’t – even with more exposure – so I think it’s often to do with traffic/geo-locations etc, but again as Simmo said it’s “how” you promote of course as well as “how much” and the Instant Cashins certainly sells well from my experience.
If you spot this post, I’d be interested to know your top 3-5 consistent earners?

Cheers,
