i have been under the impression dublinbet was only available to UK residents, can you please clarify this or let me know if you accept players/bettors from other parts of the wrold

I got this directly from the Dublin site’s terms and conditions. The only restrictions on there is for players from the USA.
SPECIAL NOTICE FOR USA RESIDENTS:
We allow users from the United States of America to register and play for fun only.
We will not accept USA residents as financial customers of the site.
