InactiveNever mind, this place is done, they were offline a little while ago and i just got this email from them…
The current legislation regarding online gaming in the United States and the rules governing online poker and casinos is being reviewed and actioned.
Due to the governing laws in certain U.S states, Dream Poker will no longer be accepting customers and any bets from the following states:
Nevada
Illinois
Indiana
Wisconsin
Louisiana
Missouri
WashingtonWhen there is more clarification in the curent legislation, we hope to be able to resume taking bets and poker traffic from players based within these states.
We apologize for any inconvenience and we will do our best to keep you informed of any changes or updates

InactiveHi darko123,
Good to hear your feedback and I will gladly respond and explain the Terms and Conditions below.
In regards to restructuring your affiliate package, this refers to verifying your account activity and the current commission structure that an affiliate is on.
It is in both parties interest to do well so we review activity and try to come up with the best structure for the both of us.
If an affiliate has been inactive for quite some time we do not simply close an account, an affiliate is always personally contacted before any action is taken.Nick777, Prima Poker was down resulting in Dream Poker experiencing some down time.
Concerning the U.S. market, we do feel that it is unfortunate that these measures have to take place due to the current gaming legislation, although Dream Poker is abiding by these States laws.
As mentioned, the second the law in those states changes to a degree that we can offer service we will.If you have any further questions please let us know. You can email me directly at [email protected]

InactiveVanessa,
You can still understand it’s still worrying though for an affiliate. While this is an extreme length, I would hate to refer one player to Dream Poker who generates $10,000 in MGR every month, only for me not to profit off that player anymore because I haven’t referred anyone in 180 days, and so due to that I wouldn’t earn revenue from the $10,000 player. Based on your current T&C, that is something that can happen, and so would make at least a few affiliates think twice about referring to Dream Poker. I just don’t see why that should be in the T&C.

InactiveWhy would you want to stop promoting DreamPoker? Or do you refer players so seldom, genuinely I’m not having a go, I’m just confused by the arguments here. I’m fairly certain that if you have a number of players referred to DreamPoker then they won’t just cut you off, why would they do that? They would very quickly become blacklisted by all affiliates.
In my experience DreamPoker are a very solid outfit and I actually like to see that they are playing a tight game regarding the US, who wouldn’t be paranoid these days!September 20, 2006 at 1:24 pm #706645Anonymous

I’m curious as to exactly why they would put that in is all.

InactiveHi everyone,
Thank you for your comments and feedback.
DealerDan, it is not our intention at all to close an affiliates account who has active players or who has generated any revenue. This account would not be classified as inactive.
As mentioned, if an affiliate has been inactive for quite some time we do not simply close an account, an affiliate is always personally contacted before any action is taken. We do not wish to close affiliates accounts at all and hope to see eveyone active. :satisfied
