    It looks like exactly what i’m looking for, but i can’t seem to open the zip-file, i use Winzip so it should work????

    Do you know of any other cgi-script i can use?

    They are server side scripts, so I would think they would be accurate. I havent used them though. Perhaps Remco can let us know how it works out on his site.

    Sorry for the delay.
    I’m really busy figuring out how to use my newly purchased copy of WebpositionGold2.
    As soon as i found and tested a good download-counter for my sites i will post it here.

    My first port of call for scripts is http://www.hotscripts.com. Includes asp, php, perl etc

    For tracking downloads from your site I use Downloadpro (php/mysql) at

    http://www.explodingpanda.com/scripts.php

    Also masks the actual download url so people can’t bypass and just type the url in. Very easy to install and simple interface which also gives the IP (I think).
