I don’t get it. Is it because it’s a standard email to a lot of affiliates, and the affiliate manager chooses only to answer the biggest affiliates?
Yes – it’s because it’s sent to many, many affiliates.
I had to laugh recently, I got one from an ALLSLOTS rep, and my name was typed in at the top in a different colour … almost giving away the mail merge into a “form letter”.

calidagamingMemberYes, it is very obvious when something of that sort happens.

BetsoftGamingMemberI have sent mails out in the past when I have been contacting sites directly or current affiliates and I have used the wrong name or left a name in from a previous mail I sent.
This would give the impression of a mail merge or mass mailing screw up, but sometimes the attention spam slacks off when mailing hundreds of sites individually.
It gives a crappy first impression thats for sure, but it can also break the ice if followed up and explain the error and blame it on the bottle of vodka I was working through at the time. :roflmao:
