Inactiveoh man, i went to get diagnosed for this a while back when experiencing pain after eating certain foods, but i am a total pussy when it comes to surgery, i’ll wait til i get a few more things messed up then fix em all at once
but from what i hear, this surgery, like many others now days, is much less painful than it was a few years ago, they can actually do it without cutting your abdominal muscles(in most cases), and full recovery usually takes about a week
good luck with that, you’re gonna have to tell me what it was like
you should’ve mentioned it before if you knew about it, i would’ve gotten out my home remedy kit
if anybody else wants info about this, you may have the same problem and not even know about it, over 500 000 people in the US got this surgery last year
the best things i found
1-these tiny little pills i found from Germany completely flushed out my body, unbelievable strength, i forget what they are called, but if somebody really needs to know i can find out, you might be able to find them locally
2-drink a litre of water(room temperature)first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then at least another litre throughout the day
3-cod oil or olive oil, a small cup a day, tastes awful but its a good lubricant for your interior
4-pink grapefruit is really good, if you remember the “grapefruit 45” diet a few years back, it eats away excess fat in your body, which was the premise of the popular diet, you would eat what you normally do but add a pink grapefruit at the end and you would lose weight, and believe it or not it does work
5-some nuts are also good, i think black walnuts in particular, if you can find them
now that i think about, surgery does sound better than the grapefruits and oil
anyways, good luck again
