People do it all the time. BUT you will want to make sure it doesnt violate the terms and conditions of the affiliate program.

Many casinos are clamping down on this sort of thing in order to protect their brand names, so you will want to tread carefully.

It is not a good idea IMO.

Often in the Online Pharmacy industry owner sites are warning from the manufacturers to stop using brand names in the domains.

Some times the send a complain to the registrar and to avoid legal troubles they can shoot down your domain.

This may happen after years of hard work.
All the serp’s and linking effort will be lost.

I think it is a bad idea. I did it, and I was kicked out of the affiliate program for violation of t/c. They also filed a grevence about it, and were attempting to take the name from my. It was happily resolved and when I surrendered the name volentarly. It took 6 months to get the doain name transfered and I was not getting paid from the property in that time, but they did pay me all I earned after the name was transfered.

I will always be learning and have a long way to go. But my obsevations thus far has been do not get so tied up in your domain name. Concentrate on domain name extensions and if possible make your extensinon the same as your page tiltle.

I agree with the professor on this one, tread carefully. greek39

Thanks very much everyone. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but I don’t want to risk having any problems with my sponsors, so I won’t do it now. Thanks again.

I would consider it unethical for certain, and as others here have already shared, it at the very least places stress on the business relationship you have with a particular casino.
