InactiveHey Jeff when you get an opening at Wager Profits you let me know…. I know you need hip people out there in Costa Rica

Greg Palast is fucking awesome… I saw an awesome lecture of his on Free Speech TV – if he’d been in America when he gave it he’d be in jail LOL.
They often have Noam Chompsky and other great intellectual minds…. Amy Goodman’s Democracy Now is the “Headline News” of FSTV
I am very serious about you getting me a job…. my resume should include that I own the largest Phish, Grateful Dead, Widespread Panic bootleg collections of anyone I know… and my skills can make you grow three eyes :3eyes:
(by the way did you see the String Cheese concert in Costa Rica on New Years (2 years ago)??? it rips!! (maybe I’ll burn you a copy and send it out)
Cheers

InactiveSome great insights here. Unfortunately they ring so true. Ellen was more than a little shocked at the world view of America from “outside” of the USA.
George when asked the other day why our Prime Minister had escaped the flak that had beset him and Tony Blair pondered a moment and replied something along the lines of dunno…his charisma?
Maybe this was a genuine faux pas but we have one of the most uncharismatic leaders in modern history. Now if the press don’t pick up on that and have a field day….
Zappa! 😎
Watermelon in Easter Hay from Joe’s Garage…best guitar instrumental ever written. One note in there brings tears to my eyes every time.October 23, 2003 at 4:13 pm #640546Anonymous
Guestwell, we missed our chance for a recall with this guy:

Thanks for the memories Rerun!
I think I must have seen every episode of What’s Happening ten times.

GuestI hate to be the bringer of bad news but the economy is begining to climb out of a and that is going to push Bush on thru the next s-election unless they do something really stupid between now and then,…. like let it get out that poppa b is still running things and has been ever since his days when he was head of the cia-
just kiddin’ …..
but it sure is something to think about. all those years as head of the top cloak and dagger outfit in the world; then 8 yrs as vp, which one could argue that Ronnie wasn’t all that on top of how things got done, and then the peak of the reign, as prez, then a short 8 yr stretch while Bill spent his time chasing skirts and skirting accusations and Hillary….. and then bingo bango boom! Young son is in the chair although it took a little fancy footwork with the votes to make it happen…..
Naw, that’s just crazy talk.
