I am still not paid for May and June and since August 7th I don’t receive any replies in affiliate system or by email. Very unfriendly behavior from Unibet Affiliate Team…

I have no other choice than to remove all Unibet banners until my payment will be received.

Im back from vacation and Im still collecting all the outstanding payments, hopefully that will be done this week and it’ll be forwarded to our payment department after that.

Unfortunately my first post here is also regarding a problem with payouts. Unibet has postponed my payment for 5 times now, always coming up with different excuses. It has been over a month now from the day that they promised to pay out! At least they reply to emails but so far no transfer..

I am starting to think that they are lying about payment system problem. I am sure they gambled our money on your own casino, hehe.

I am fedup with them. Month of august I earned $0 with them : )))) because I removed their banners. That is the best solution if you want them to pay.

Dear Unibet Affiliates,

First of all I would like to apologize to all affiliates that have been waiting for payments for the last few months. Please bare with us as we promise to catch up on all outstanding payments. As Mårten has posted in previous posts, we have had issues with our new payment tool which has caused these delays.

For all of you who have not been paid please collect all your outstanding payments and send over to Marten ([email protected]), you can cc: me in the email ([email protected]). Please provide payee name, affiliate ID and missing revenue per month in the email, the more detailed info the faster we can get your payments back on track.

Mårten will soon be back to answer further questions in this forum (he is currently home due to illness).

Payments for May and June still not received by me while all information has been submitted by all possible ways (email, affiliate messaging system and private message to Marten in this forum).

I am also starting to think that it is something diffrent than problem with payment system which were solved if correctly understood Gustavo message and email from Marten. New problem is their connection with payment department… now they should submit all outstanding payments to payment department which should check all their records and send payments. Looks like this will be another problem for us.. now we should wait for few weeks more while payment department will check all info..

If Marten would not reply to my email after his return from vacation I would think that true reason of the delay is that my customers generated some profit during July and Unibet simply does not want to pay for previuos months. Hope this is not true and we will finally receive our payments. I have only one question to Gustavo and Marten:

WHEN WE CAN EXPECT PAYMENTS?
